I'm the AI Founder type. I've spent the last few months rebuilding everything around AI as the operating system. Now I need my first builders and outcome owners to help make the internal systems self-running.
The shift I'm making
Here's the thing. I'm not hiring employees or building a traditional team. I'm building a closed-loop intelligence layer for Creating Value LLC. Agent orchestration, self-running workflows, and humans in the loop where it actually matters.
WeAddBots is the first system getting this treatment. The meetup ops, the lead flow, the content engine. All of it. And I need people who think in systems, not just tasks.
Who I'm looking for
You don't need a resume. You need the right mindset.
- Curious, iterative mindset. Progress over perfection.
- Comfortable with vibe-coding + structured Git (non-negotiable)
- Already using Claude Code or Claude Projects locally (big nice-to-have)
- Love async collaboration. Looms, PRs, quick calls when needed.
How we'll start
Small paid test sprint on non-critical internal work. WeAddBots agent orchestration to begin with. Remote is perfect.
No big commitment upfront. Let's do a small thing together, see if we click, and go from there. That's it.
